Pay : $16 / hour with commissions

Hours :
• Full Time
• Full Time
• Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday 8am-1pm
• You will not work all of these hours, but you must have open availability to work any shift within these hours.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Must have own vehicle and be insured, licensed driver in current state of residence
• Favorable result on Background Check
• Basic computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excitement to learn and grow

Essential Functions :

• Facilitate patient flow
• Verify medical and vision insurances
• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing
• Effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and managers
• Answer inquiries through phone, email, and in person requests

Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• HIPPA : All Associates must comply with the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA) as it pertains to disclosures of protected health information (PHI) as described in the Notice of Privacy Practices and HIPPA Privacy Policies and Procedures.

Physical Requirements :

• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Ability to move throughout the office
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves
