As a Director Information Technology here at Honeywell, you'll be overseeing our intricate IT systems with a focus on operational excellence for HBS Service business. Key Responsibilities

Deploy key GDM solutions SFDC Field Service system, CoraPPM, CPQ, ServiceNow EAM

Implement Quote to Cash for onboarding Software offering and subscription management

5+ experience in deploying SAP, CRM, Ecommerce systems

Lead a high performing team of IT professionals, providing direction and guidance in optimizing IT systems and operations

Develop and drive IT strategies, including budgeting and resource allocation, to support business objectives and enhance efficiency

Collaborate with senior leadership to define the technology roadmap and ensure IT initiatives align with the company's strategic goals

Oversee the implementation of IT governance and compliance measures, data security, and regulatory adherence

Spearhead the assessment and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operational excellence and innovation

Define and lead the implementation of an overarching IT strategy that supports business growth and innovation

Manage cross functional teams to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with strategic objectives

Qualifications You Must Have

15+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, including people management.

Experience in deploying SFDC Field Service system, CoraPPM, SAP CPQ, ServiceNow EAM

Proven track record of managing IT teams and budgets effectively.

Experience in implementing large scale e-commerce and ERP systems

Ability to work across cross functional leadership team and champion technology change management and digital transformation

Experience in software development lifecycle management

Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

A history of driving technology projects to successful completion.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in relevant industries.
