Key Responsibilities

• Deploy key GDM solutions SFDC Field Service system, CoraPPM, CPQ, ServiceNow EAM
• Implement Quote to Cash for onboarding Software offering and subscription management
• 5+ experience in deploying SAP, CRM, Ecommerce systems
• Lead a high performing team of IT professionals, providing direction and guidance in optimizing IT systems and operations
• Develop and drive IT strategies, including budgeting and resource allocation, to support business objectives and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define the technology roadmap and ensure IT initiatives align with the company's strategic goals
• Oversee the implementation of IT governance and compliance measures, data security, and regulatory adherence
• Spearhead the assessment and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operational excellence and innovation
• Define and lead the implementation of an overarching IT strategy that supports business growth and innovation
• Manage cross functional teams to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with strategic objectives
