Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Commercial Collector Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Make a minimum of 80 outbound / inbound calls to collect outstanding balances

Negotiate payment in full or establish payment arrangements with debtors

Coordinate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes and escalate high-risk accounts as needed

Required Qualifications :

Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry; Excel experience preferred

Basic math and writing skills

Salesforce experience is a plus
