We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, flexible, and reliable individual (experience in the promotional products and / or event management industry preferred) who is excited about building and growing their career.

This position will support multiple team members as it relates to sales, strategy and marketing goals while also learning how to navigate building and cultivating network contacts to secure new business.

Our ideal candidate will be extremely self-motivated, driven, committed and a dedicated team player.

Successful candidates will have the following :

  • 1-2+ years experience in a professional office environment, experience in the promotional products and / or event management industry a plus An innate curiosity and passion for intentional gifting Exceptional communication skills – including : written, interpersonal, and public speaking Client presentation skills Exceptional relationship management skills Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually Self-motivated and innately takes initiative Critical thinker who applies learnings to future projects Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Attention to detail is a MUST What you would be doing at Giftd :

  • Learn, understand, and display clear understanding of our gifting services Qualify leads Monitor Sales / Upcoming Project inbox Assist Sales Manager and Project Managers with proposals Support Sales Manager as it relates to sales goals Tracking revenue Tracking win / loss status Business Development : Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities through cold calling and networking Use effective organizational skills to successfully manage call lists Distribute company marketing material to prospective buyers Prospecting research Track leads from cold to close Develop positive relationships with all departments and support client business with project research and sourcing Project invoicing support Job may require some evening and weekend hours preparing proposals and attending industry functions such as hotel presentations, tradeshows, industry events, etc.
