About the Role

MOSH is seeking a mission-driven, detail-oriented VP of Operations and Supply Chain to lead our ops team through our next phase of hypergrowth. You will take full ownership of sourcing, production, logistics, fulfillment, quality, and customer service, enabling the President to transition away from day-to-day operations. You will translate growth plans into scalable systems, build and lead a high-performing ops team, and ensure seamless execution across e-commerce and retail (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, UNFI, KeHE, Target, Costco, CVS). This is a high-leverage, high-autonomy role for a world-class operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

• Lead end-to-end operations from sourcing to last-mile fulfillment
• Own KPIs including COGS, gross margin, OTIF, inventory turns, chargebacks, and budget adherence
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems to monitor performance and surface insights
• Build scalable SOPs and workflows across Ops, Sales, Finance, R&D, and Customer Experience
• Own and evolve the operational tech stack (Cin7, ERP, WMS, EDI, Shopify, Amazon integrations)
