Immediately greet patient with courtesy and respect upon arrival at the office. Provide timely assistance at the Kiosk while gathering patient registration information in an accurate, professional, and courteous manner. Prepare in advance the office encounters by checking for managed care referral information, BWC allowed diagnosis, and verification of eligibility and benefits via Clearwave (as indicated). Collect all co-payments and other balances due at time of registration. Account for new and in progress visits on a daily basis. Accurately enter / post daily charges, receipts and adjustments; prepare deposit slips and batch header forms; maintain cash box.
