Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Honolulu, HI. As a PRN CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting with daily activities to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents / patients. You will work under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide basic patient care and support, including monitoring vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration, etc.).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of patients to maintain comfort and safety.
• Document patient care activities and report changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff.
• Help with feeding and hydration, ensuring patients' nutritional needs are met.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, including assisting with housekeeping tasks when needed.
• Support patients with emotional and psychological needs, providing companionship and comfort.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.
