As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and maintain awareness of conditions. Monitor access points and observe activity to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior within the location. Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to report incidents, unusual conditions, and / or security-related concerns as required. Document observations, incidents, and activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal standards. Support other Allied Universal personnel and site staff as needed to uphold a security-related presence in a financial institution setting.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR Certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
