Consumer Financial Services Litigation Attorney – Los Angeles

Direct Counsel is partnered with an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a highly qualified and motivated attorney to join their National Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office. This role has the option to be remote , so long as candidates live in Los Angeles or the surrounding area. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Handle all phases of litigation in a collaborative, team-driven atmosphere

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research and analysis

Manage discovery and participate in depositions

Attend court hearings and trials

Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies

Qualifications :

JD and active California Bar admission required

5+ years of experience in consumer financial services litigation

Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively

Self-starter with the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support the national practice

Compensation :

Salary range : $165,000 - $195,000 depending on experience

Discretionary performance-based bonus may be available
