• Candidates with a home address in Arizona will not be considered.
• No license hits required.
• Flu vaccination status must be included in submission notes.

Description :

We are seeking a dedicated physical therapist for an inpatient setting.

The therapist will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide high-quality physical therapy care.

Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of current experience in physical therapy.

Active certification in BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.

Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.

All requests for time off must be listed, and cannot exceed seven days.

Preferably, candidates should have travel experience.

All applicable skills and competencies must be demonstrated.

Compliance with background requirements and attestation is essential.

Flu vaccination declinations can be requested if necessary.

An active license verification must be less than 30 days old.
