A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers while navigating multiple computer systems
Document required information and communicate with providers to resolve issues effectively
Answer incoming phone calls from members to assist with various inquiries related to benefits, billing, and authorizations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
6+ months of work-at-home experience
6+ months of Customer Service Representative experience or 1+ years in a medical / office or call center setting
Working knowledge of computers and the ability to learn new systems
