Teacher / Intervention Specialist

The Achievement Centers for Children is a Cleveland, Ohio based non-profit organization that is nationally recognized for its excellence in helping children with disabilities and their families achieve and thrive.

We are currently seeking a Teacher / Intervention Specialist who would like to join our innovative K-12 school for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position will be hired through the ESC and will work at ACC as a part of an interdisciplinary team in a full day (8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm) program.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading the classroom team and providing direct instruction to students
• Developing and implementing prescribed behavior plans
• Assisting with personal hygiene routines as needed
• Following students’ IEP goals when substituting in the classrooms

Requirements and Qualifications :
