We’re looking for a Lead Biller who’s fluent in ophthalmology billing and confident working in at least one major platform - Nextech, ModMed, Office Ally, or MDOffice . If you thrive in a remote environment, are energized by problem-solving, and want your work to directly impact both providers and patients, we’d love to talk with you.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated success in ophthalmology billing, payment posting, and AR follow-up
• Strong working knowledge of Nextech, ModMed, OfficeAlly, AdvancedMD, MDOffice (one or more required)
• Self-starter who can balance multiple priorities while working independently
• Must be a U.S. citizen with valid work authorization
• Detail-obsessed and compliance-driven, with a commitment to doing things right the first time
