Job Description :
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient vital signs.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to respond to emergent situations and provide timely interventions.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.
Requirements :
- Active RN license in Louisiana (or eligible to obtain).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
