Job Description :
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist , you will play a key role in helping customers choose the right tile solutions for their spaces. You’ll be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting suitable options, and closing sales, all while delivering excellent service and meeting revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Understand customer needs and offer relevant products or services.
- Process sales orders, handle returns / exchanges, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Accurately log customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Requirements :
Proven experience in customer service, retail, or sales (1–3 years preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A positive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Comfortable working with sales goals and KPIs.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools).Benefits :
