Our client, a highly respected employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Law Attorney to join their team. Senior Employment Law Attorney Benefits and Compensation :
Competitive base salary : $250,000 $400,000 per year

Senior Employment Law Attorney Requirements & Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license required
At least 7 years of experience handling employment law matters, including harassment, discrimination, and FEHA cases
Ability to independently manage a caseload of single-plaintiff employment matters from intake through resolution
Strong skills in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Experience representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
Senior Employment Law Attorney Preferred Background & Skills :
Familiarity with additional employment law areas such as wage & hour or wrongful termination
Collaborative, compassionate, and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to client advocacy
