The property features over 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space, 203 guest rooms, and vacation luxury condo rentals.

This executive-level role oversees the entire Finance / Accounting Department. Reporting to the General Manager, you will mentor the team and actively engage in day-to-day hotel operations. This position is on-site; relocation is possible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and communicate cash flow-related issues, as required by management and ownership.
• Coordinate the completion of all forecasts and budgets with active participation from the Executive Team and department managers.
• Analyze financial data and operations to advise management in achieving the hotel's financial objectives.
• Ensure that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled on a timely basis.
• Establish and continually audit internal financial controls, including purchasing, cash handling, disbursements, credit extension, inventories, assets, master keys, payroll, and records.
• Direct and / or prepare all financial reports following the company’s requirements, meeting various due dates and deadlines.
• Ensure hotels’ compliance with regulatory licenses and permits, leases, contracts, and the proper execution of all operational taxes.
