About the role

We are seeking highly organized and customer-focused Cargo Claims Adjusters to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking to customers on the phone, educating and helping the customer work through their claim to the best possible outcome. Your role will also be responsible for handling an inventory of claims, triaging critical claims, and delivering service to all constituents of the claim.

The ideal candidate has a willingness and experience to work with all parties attendant to a claim to quickly achieve optimal claim results.

• And did we mention, you have a sense of humor. Claims are hard enough as it is.

Active adjuster license required : resident state license if available, otherwise a Designated Home State (DHS) license
