Construction Coordinator

Join a dynamic real estate team dedicated to delivering seamless construction and vendor services across multiple retail properties. You’ll play a key supporting role—managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and reporting—to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.

What you will do

• Coordinate vendor activities from kickoff through completion, ensuring work meets scope and quality standards
• Follow up with vendors to confirm timely delivery and address any service gaps
• Prepare and process all contract documents, including payment requests
• Enter and maintain budget and job-cost data in the property management system
• Manage CAPEX, Landlord Work, and Tenant Improvement Allowance workflows via established job-cost processes
• Support Senior staff with various administrative tasks
