Getting to Know the Opportunity :

Come work for the summer with the Voya Multi-Asset team in New York.

The Multi-Asset Team is seeking a motivated and analytical Undergraduate Intern to join our team in a paid position for Summer 2026. This role offers invaluable hands-on experience in the world of cross-asset investing and portfolio management.

The Contributions You'll Make :

• Support the team by conducting quantitative and qualitative research across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, commodities, and alternatives
• Data gathering and analysis
• Assisting with the preparation of investment presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Performing basic portfolio risk and performance attribution analysis
• Utilizing tools like Bloomberg and internal analytical platforms
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation Pay Disclosure :

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and / or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
