BPR Consulting Group ( www.bpr-grp.com is seeking a Permit Technician to join our growing company and serve our clients in the Stockton area. We have an immediate opening for a full-time position.
The successful candidate will work with the public and provide information regarding permits and building code requirements. Good people skills are mandatory, along with the ability to use tact and good judgment. Under general supervision, the Permit Technician will perform technical tasks, provide customer service, and clerical work supporting the operations involved in permit issuance.

Desired Qualifications :
Knowledge of City government, procedures, and operating details of building departments, building terms and codes, construction practices, and materials is beneficial. Experience in customer service and clerical / administrative functions is desired.
