Responsibilities

Client Outreach : Reach out to potential and existing clients via phone to discuss their insurance needs.

Information Sharing : Provide detailed information about the insurance products and services offered by Kevin Shettler.

Appointment Setting : Coordinate appointments with clients for consultations and meetings with insurance agents.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Data Management : Accurately input and manage client information within our CRM system.

Feedback Collection : Gather and relay client feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Licensing : Willing to obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health Licenses. We cover necessary cost to obtain licenses.

Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive ability.

Customer Service : Strong aptitude for customer service with a commitment to understanding customer needs.

Result-Oriented : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.

Proficiency : Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and utilize CRM and other relevant software.
