Job description

A company is looking for a Director, Compliance Officer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing, enhancing, and overseeing corporate compliance and privacy compliance programs

Preparing an annual compliance and privacy risk assessment and work plan

Tracking and conducting investigations relating to reports of non-compliance and privacy violations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Healthcare compliance certification

A minimum of five years progressive compliance experience in a healthcare environment

Experience in healthcare privacy and HIPAA regulations

Knowledgeable regarding healthcare laws, regulations, and guidelines
