Manager Operations

The position supervises the repair and overhaul process of SafranHE family of engines and accessories. The position participates in the organizational planning / reporting for all Operations activities and goals.

Essential duties and responsibilities include :

• Ensuring that safety is a priority.
• Coordinating and implementing training of assigned employees, ensuring they are properly trained for each task they are performing.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPI's), defining and driving action plans to improve performance.
• Reviewing the performance and conducting performance evaluations of assigned personnel.
• Tracking and controlling the output / throughput volume of assets through the shop.
• Ensuring that priorities set by the Master Schedule are met and that issues are escalated to the Director of Operations.
• Communicating / measuring shop and personnel performance in regards to quality, cost, and delivery.
• Measuring, tracking, and improving efficiencies of assigned personnel.
• Responsible for preventative maintenance schedule on all shop equipment.
• Ensuring 5S / cleanliness of shop and all work stations.
• Supporting and implementing all SafranHE and FAA rules and regulations.
• Travel required 5% internationally.
