The Compliance Consultant Principal role serves as a strategic advisor to the AVP of Compliance Regulatory Intelligence and Compliance Oversight, driving strategic initiatives that align regulatory responsibilities with enterprise goals. This role leads special projects, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures seamless execution of compliance strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate special projects related to enterprise regulatory changes, audits, and enterprise compliance priorities.
• Act as a central point of coordination between compliance leadership and business units, ensuring alignment and timely execution of activities.
• Facilitate collaboration across legal, operations, and business teams to drive shared accountability and progress.
• Prepare executive-level updates, briefings, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Promote a culture of transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the compliance function.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business management, information management or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience. 8 years of work experience in business / process analysis, project / program management and / or at a pharmacy benefit management organization. Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
