As Project Assistant Superintendent, you hold a support role for the on-site day to day operations of the project. The assistant superintendent is responsible for coordination support of every aspect of the project and drives the efficacy of scheduling, making sure each trade is on schedule and on budget. The assistant superintendent works in concert with the project superintendent and project engineer to keep the project rolling as smoothly as possible. The assistant superintendent is chiefly responsible for the final delivery of finished units, with an emphasis on each unit being constructed and finished in accordance with plans and specifications and is the front line for quality control with a critical eye for detail.
