💰Compensation - $60-80,000

💡We’re seeking a proactive Safety Manager to lead health and safety initiatives across both construction sites and plant operations. In this office-based role with regular field travel, you’ll ensure full compliance with OSHA standards, build a strong culture of safety, and implement preventive measures to protect all employees and worksites.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct risk assessments and regular site / plant inspections
• Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
• Lead safety training sessions for office, plant, and field staff
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Maintain and report safety data and documentation
• Collaborate with management, project teams, and site supervisors to ensure compliance across operations
