Behavioral Health Technician

The Behavioral Health Technician at South Attleboro Girls Recreation Association is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing direct client care in a safe and supportive environment. The technician will contribute their expertise in behavioral health to instruct, guide and motivate the young girls participating in our various recreational programs.

The technician's main responsibilities include :

• Working directly with girls aged 6-18 years in therapeutic and recreational settings.
• Helping clients in development of social, emotional, and life skills.
• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a licensed health provider.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of client's progress and responses to treatment.
• Participating in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance understanding and knowledge of diverse behavioral health issues.
• Collaborating effectively with a multi-disciplinary team consisting of therapists, social workers, and counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
