Location : Cambridge or Sommerville Mass

About the Role :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Tech to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where patients can heal, grow, and regain stability. You’ll work directly with individuals in crisis—supporting emotional regulation, reinforcing treatment goals, and promoting positive coping skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic milieu environment.
• Model and teach appropriate social and coping behaviors.
• Support patients in daily routines, group activities, and community outings.
• Observe, document, and report behavioral or emotional changes.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure individualized care.
• Intervene during crisis situations using trauma-informed de-escalation techniques.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care planning.
