Objectives of this role
- ? Business development
- ? Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings andcompetencies.
- ? Research customer needs and identify how our commercial solutions addressthem
- ? Achieve company sales objectives by setting sales goals, building executionplans, and making forecasts
- ? Generate leads, and establish business networks and nurture customerrelationships
Responsibilities
? Create and execute sales plans that expands our customer base and maintain thecompany's business growth? Build and execute sales strategy down to the detail? Collect market and competitive intelligence for decision makings? Lead the task force to engage with customers and partners for RFX and productvalidation activities? Visit customers, provide business reports at regular base? Pursue POs and forecasts for supply planning, monitor shipments andpayments? Participate in internal and external business-related activities / events? Work together with the teams and customers to implement project plans,resolve problems and / or provide services? Strive to meet sales KPIs and the other sales objectivesRequired skills and qualifications
? Fluent in English, proficiency in Spanish or Chinese is a plus? Familiar with the cable industry, had connections with Optimum? 10 years of work experience in managing sales and / or customer accounts? Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills? Superb leadership ability? Ability to travel at least 20% of the timePreferred skills and qualifications
? Motivational speaking experience? Proven success rate at levels above sales quota? Experiences in working with Service OperatorsPlease ignore the salary stated, as it is flexible
