This role involves recruiting for various internal positions within the hospitality sector, including baristas, cooks, and potential leadership roles such as store managers and line cooks. Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent for hospitality roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new team members.
- Coordinate and conduct second-round interviews in collaboration with management.
- Organize and lead orientations to ensure smooth transitions for new team members.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill 15-20 open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking within an applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and corporate recruiting.
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with management and candidates.
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative recruiting approaches.
