We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Leander, Texas. This role involves recruiting for various internal positions within the hospitality sector, including baristas, cooks, and potential leadership roles such as store managers and line cooks. Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent for hospitality roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new team members.
• Coordinate and conduct second-round interviews in collaboration with management.
• Organize and lead orientations to ensure smooth transitions for new team members.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill 15-20 open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking within an applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing and corporate recruiting.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with management and candidates.
• Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative recruiting approaches.
