Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing customers with excellent service, maintaining internal and external relationships and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position will work Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm and is in office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Understand customer sales needs and requirements to develop the project including what is needed for a successful quote.
- Manage price efforts to ensure timely quote responses, meeting customer expectations and profitability requirements of the business.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close phone sales and provide exceptional customer service.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple accounts, identify customer concerns and needs, and maintain rapport with a fixed customer base.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
- Work with new and existing customers and or Sales Representatives to provide personalized guidance and support to create packaging designed to meet their needs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to interface and communicate appropriately.
- You will be trusted to work independently to meet the needs of all parties, including the customer and company.
- Must be able to support various elements of the position, including Inventory Management, direct Customer Communications, and supporting of the Sales team.
- Answer customer service telephone calls, e-mail, and other correspondence and take appropriate action in a prompt and professional manner.
- Create order plans, process manufacturing orders, and enter customer releases as needed.
- Create and submit detailed estimate reports or bids, making sure they're clear, thorough, and sent to the right people for review and approval.
- Review job costing upon completion, comparing actual to estimated costs helping to refine future estimates and improve accuracy in the long run.
- Communicates with operations to maintain accurate flow of scheduling and customer needed information.
- Enter and maintain customer records in tracking systems.
- Other projects / responsibilities as assigned.
