Key Responsibilities
Support multiple product lines, including SRSA Virtual Data Room (VDR) and Onehub
Troubleshoot customer support issues via phone and email
Document troubleshooting steps and maintain communication with customers throughout their experience
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of phone-based Product Customer Service experience with VIP customers
1+ years of Web & Cloud Application support experience
Experience in troubleshooting software issues directly with clients
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) required
