Position Overview
The Program Analyst will join KKR Insurance Global Atlantic's New York-based Institutional Markets Commercial Team. This principal investing team within KKR's insurance segment focuses on deploying capital on reinsurance and acquisition opportunities in the US and Global Insurance markets.
Responsibilities
- Produce investment analysis on all potential opportunities.
- Present investment recommendations to senior team members.
- Prepare materials used to support transaction recommendations to the executive management team.
- Engage in and support the negotiation of transaction opportunities with potential clients / counterparties.
- Monitor financial markets and assess impact on the business and potential transaction opportunities.
- Support development of origination and strategy materials for the business.
- Collaborate with other areas such as Investments, Risk, Actuarial, Finance, and Legal.
Qualifications
Anticipated graduation date from an undergraduate program in Spring 2026.Outstanding academic record.Minimum of 1 full-time internship or similar work experience in financial services or consulting. Experience in investment banking, consulting, or insurance is preferred.Demonstrated interest in finance through on-campus involvement.Strong analytical / quantitative aptitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail.Creative problem-solving skills.Ability to learn quickly with clear intellectual curiosity and self-motivation; strong work ethic.Excellent communication skills.Team-oriented.Global Atlantic's base salary range for this role is $100,000$110,000 USD. Our employees are in the office 5 days per week in New York and 4 days per week in all other offices.
