Direct Hire - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Warren Clinic | Sand Springs, OK

🏥 Facility : Warren Clinic – Springer Building (Saint Francis Health System)

📍 Location : Sand Springs, OK (may also support Tulsa campus)

💰 Pay Range : $20.83 – $28.52 / hr

🎁 Incentive : $2,500 Sign-on Bonus (with 1-year commitment)

🕒 Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

📅 Start Date : December 1, 2025

Job Overview :

Join the Saint Francis Health System team as an LPN and play a vital role in providing compassionate patient care and clinical support. You’ll assist with patient exams, diagnostic procedures, and treatment coordination while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering excellent service.

Requirements :

✅ Valid Oklahoma or multistate LPN License

✅ 0–1 year of clinical experience

✅ Proficient in Epic EMR

✅ Strong communication & patient care skills
