Join us as a Facilities Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting GMP and non-GMP utility systems and related equipment, with a particular focus on Automated Material Handling systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate activities involving third-party representatives.
- Provide crucial support on capital projects related to facilities.
- Adhere to site specifications and ensure documentation standards are met.
- Conduct troubleshooting for facilities utilities and systems.
- Oversee the collection and communication of operational information.
- Manage investigations and studies to enhance operations.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for logistical management.
- Identify and implement both temporary and permanent solutions for issues encountered.
- Initiate actions when process deviations occur to uphold quality standards.
- Manage change controls and corrective actions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Attend meetings to discuss progress and initiatives.
- Monitor equipment performance and take proactive measures to address issues.
- Document all activities accurately and efficiently.
- Understand and comply with cGMP and SOP requirements related to workplace safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain equipment certifications and documentation.
- Guide and train others on established SOPs and control documents.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and propose improvements.
- Conduct regular audits of SOPs and maintain documentation.
- Support the qualification of equipment and processes, ensuring thoroughness in documentation.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Provide support for ongoing improvement projects with process engineering and management.
- Manage small capital projects to ensure they are on time and within budget.
- Be available for 24 / 7 on-call support when needed.
Qualifications :
Experience with facilities systems and equipment.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.2-3 years of engineering experience specifically in facilities / utilities systems.Familiarity with GMP / cGMP regulated production environments.Resilience is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
