Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Engineering Project Manager to oversee and lead engineering projects from planning through execution. This role is responsible for managing teams, resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring all technical requirements, safety standards, and quality objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and direct engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Ensure projects meet technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Foster collaboration between engineers, contractors, and clients.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of project management experience in engineering or construction.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, technical specifications, and regulatory standards.
PMP certification or equivalent credential strongly preferred.

Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in project engineering or project management. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction practices, and technical documentation. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong project planning and coordination ability.
