Stout's Valuation Advisory professionals help clients gain confidence by bringing clarity to the most complex valuation matters. As one of the largest independent valuation practices in the country, we provide specialized experience across a broad spectrum of industries, asset classes and geographies. Vice Presidents / Sr. Vice Presidents will work on a variety of assignments, including the valuation of private debt and equity portfolios, complex securities and various strategic initiatives supporting Stout's expansion objectives. This professional will manage a team of professionals responsible for production of valuation analysis and servicing client relationships.

Major Duties and Responsibilities :

• Managing valuation projects for above mentioned products, and supervising Analysts and Associates to ensure high-quality deliverables to clients
• Developing and refining valuation methodologies for private equity and credit transactions across industries. Calibrate models and market data in support of valuation analysis.
• Performing corporate, fund and asset valuations including analysis of discounted cash flows, capitalization of earnings, comparable companies, merger and acquisition transactions, stock option analysis, illiquid debt and equity investments
• Preparing written valuation reports for client presentation
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Participating in due diligence meetings
• Conducting company, industry, and economic research
• Keeping track of latest market developments and regulatory changes in the field
• Analyzing general economic conditions and industry specific conditions and trends
• Managing Associates and Analysts during valuation production process, fostering high-performing and collaborative work environment
• Providing audit support for projects under management
• Participate in developing and supporting Stout's strategic agenda including product development and technology.

The range for this role considers several factors including but not limited to prior work and industry experience, education level, and unique skills. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $87,000.00 - $195,000.00 Annual. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
