About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will be responsible for ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and friendly environment for all who enter our premises.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with scheduling software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Sales Experience
  • Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner

  • Skills :

    As a Front Desk Associate, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. You will also use your organizational and multitasking abilities to handle administrative tasks and prioritize your workload effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with MEEVO software will be essential in carrying out your duties. Additionally, being bilingual in English and Spanish will be a plus, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with a wider range of clients and guests.
