Customer Service Representative
Location : On site Miami, FL
Employment Type : Full time (M-F 8am-4 : 30pm)
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Coordinate, prepare, and ship outgoing freight on a daily basis following proper shipping procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service or call center experience is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to stay calm and professional under pressureComfortable using basic computer applicationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust speak fluent English and SpanishQuickBooks experience is preferred but not required.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
