What we offer :

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $80,000-$100,000 , plus a yearly bonus potential of up to fifteen thousand per year (paid out quarterly) . In addition, our Area Coaches are eligible to participate in our deferred profit-sharing program of up to twenty four thousand per year .

How you will make an impact :

As an Area Coach at South Block, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations, ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service, product quality, and operational excellence. Your leadership will inspire and guide our teams to achieve their best and drive the success of South Block.
