Job description2+ years of relevant digital experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field. Experience building reports in Excel; proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools on a PC. MUST have strong Excel proficiency and strong proficiency with Outlook. Experience with an email marketing automation / logic-based workflows software like HubSpot is a bonus. Ability to manage own calendar in Outlook, ensuring deadlines for all marketing tasks / initiatives are met. Strong ability to multi-task and switch gears suddenly and very strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Passion for the fitness industry. While this is an incredibly tight-knit and collaborative organization, it is imperative to be able to problem solve independently and with limited direction when needed. The position in full-time from Mon-Fri, 8 : 30am-5pm, with a hybrid option of working from home & in-office at our corporate office in Addison / Farmers Branch, TX. Position Description
EōS Fitness is in search of a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team! Position is based out of Addison / Farmers Branch, TX and would join a team to support 100+ gym locations that are currently open or coming soon across multiple markets.
Digital Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Support department initiatives and campaigns within HubSpot including : list management, creating and double checking workflow automations, e-mail marketing efforts including drafting and scheduling emails with specific attention on ensuring the correct, intended recipients are targeted
- Compiling analytics and campaign & social media results
- Creating SMS campaigns
- Support relationship with Digital Agency and all paid digital campaigns
- Assisting the Marketing Dept in WordPress for website updates.
- Coordinating in-club marketing messaging on digital displays
- Supporting Marketing Dept by pulling and updating all relevant ROI reporting and analytics across various platforms and data sources
- Business listings management and auditing : Chatmeter, Yelp, GMB
