A Day in the Life :
The Talent Acquisition Consultant researches, develops, and implements effective proactive and reactive recruiting strategies to discover and attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for Sparq. This position will be responsible for a high volume of requisitions to source for current and future project demands.
Leads complex and hard-to-fill searches, manages multiple priorities, and participates in the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer and on-boarding coordinationManages communication with all applicants and candidates in the selection process and provides a positive candidate experience; ensures the integrity of Sparq recruiting practicesSources and identifies passive candidates by using online tools and unique sourcing techniquesContributes to the growth of Sparq's recruiting function by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the teamCreates, recommends and executes strategies to build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, tools, research, and eventsEffectively communicates with internal partners / stakeholders to ensure all are informed on candidate and requisition status and progress as necessaryFocus on inclusive recruiting practicesPerforms routine administrative tasks within the scope of work to include required actions in ATSParticipates in recruiting projects and initiatives; performs other related duties as assignedIncorporate the use of AI tools and strategies to add efficiencies into the recruiting processDrive employer branding initiatives in the LATAM marketMentor, coach and train other TA team membersWhat it takes :
