About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and passionate cook with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining environment . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
This role involves working closely with our Executive Chef and culinary team to execute a seasonal, high-end menu using the finest ingredients and techniques.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Assist in daily prep and mise en place
Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely service
Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH staff
Take direction and feedback from the Chef and Sous Chefs
Maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced, fine dining setting
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen
Strong understanding of culinary techniques, plating, and presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Passionate about food, learning, and growing in the culinary field
