Farmers Insurance Team of SW Missouri and SE Kansas is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team!
We are looking for talented individuals that want to take control of the life and financial future and become a multi-line agent with Farmers Insurance.

Successful candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong desire to succeed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and solutions to clients, helping them choose the best insurance coverage for their individual needs.
The ideal candidate should be ready to excel in sales, customer service and management.

Requirements
- Must obtain Insurance licenses (Property / Casualty and Life / Health)
- Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude as well as being coachable
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills with problem-solving capabilities
- Sales, customer service or management experience preferred, but not required
