About the Role :
As a Solutions Engineer for Infinite Ranges, you will be responsible for executing phased upgrades of Conjur Secrets Manager and PAM environments for one of our Customers.
Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless transitions, enhanced functionality, and comprehensive knowledge transfer. This role involves close collaboration with our customers to ensure successful implementation and functional verification throughout the upgrade processes.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Assessing and analyzing current environment setups to provide tailored upgrade recommendations.
- Planning and executing upgrades for both test and production environments.
- Validating functionality and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the upgrade processes.
- Reviewing and aligning new features with best practices to enhance system performance.
- Collaborating closely with customers to develop and finalize upgrade plans.
- Providing integrated knowledge transfer to ensure customer teams are equipped to maintain upgraded environments.
- Ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations during upgrade windows by coordinating with customer teams.
What We Want to See :
- Proven experience with Conjur Secrets Manager and PAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of environment setup, configuration, and upgrade processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to validate functionality post-upgrade.
- Familiarity with best practices for security and system upgrades.
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams.
- Strong communication skills to effectively provide knowledge transfer and support.
- Experience with CyberArk or similar security solutions is a plus.
