A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities
Manage call volumes of 60-80 calls per day, with higher volumes on Mondays
Progressively take on more complex tasks as skills develop
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Connecticut
1 year of Call Center experience
6 months of Customer Service experience
Proficient in English and Spanish
Basic typing / computer experience with excellent navigational skills
