Behavior Specialist

A company is looking for a Behavior Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, facilitate, document, and revise Behavior Support Plans in accordance with individual support plans

Conduct observations and comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of various behavioral issues

Collaborate with individuals, families, and teams to create and maintain behavior support plans

Required Qualifications and Education

Experience in behavioral health or related field

Knowledge of behavior support planning and implementation

Ability to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments

Relevant certifications in behavioral health or related disciplines

Willingness to train and mentor support team members
