What You Will Do :

The Receiving and Inventory Control Coordinator is a crucial component of our supply chain efficiency. Enabling the smooth flow of our business operations and ensuring that our inventory is managed with diligence and foresight.

This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal management of our company's inventory levels, from the receiving of raw materials and non- perishable products to their systematic organization and availability for various departmental needs. This role involves a thorough understanding and efficient utilization of our designated inventory management tool(s), ensuring accuracy and integrity in all inventory-related activities.

Furthermore, the Receiving and Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring incoming product logs meticulously, especially for perishable goods. This includes keeping detailed records that track the receipt, handling, shelf life and location of perishable items to ensure quality, reduce waste, and comply with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Mastering our Inventory Management tool(s) to manage inventory effectively and with precision.
  • Diligently checking in products upon delivery, collaborating closely with the department heads to align deliveries with orders, and reporting any discrepancies or damages.
  • Promptly updating inventory records in Ecomdash following the receipt of products to maintain real-time accuracy of stock levels.
  • Facilitating internal product requests from the Marketing team, Fulfillment department, and other team members, while ensuring inventory levels are managed and adjusted accordingly.
  • Aiding the Sr. Operations Manager in sustaining appropriate inventory levels through regular oversight and adjustment.
  • Coordinating inventory work orders, creating pull requests, and overseeing the preparation and staging of products for various needs across the company.
  • Work cross-departmentally handling inventory issues as they arise.
  • Collaboration with the fulfillment team to ensure pick bins are adequately stocked and reorganized as necessary to support efficient order processing and fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with strong internet navigation skills.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the initiative and capacity to master new Ecommerce technologies and systems swiftly.
  • An inherent sense of responsibility and reliability, coupled with exceptional organizational skills.
  • The ability to efficiently and accurately complete all assigned tasks within set deadlines.
  • Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-sufficiency in managing workloads and decision-making.

    Job Requirements : Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Notes. Along with other software programs that monitor the items : posts, SKU, title, and price Must be a detail-oriented self-starter, who is able to quickly learn the basics of Ecommerce Ability to complete all assignments in an efficient and timely manner, in order to meet departmental quotas. Must be responsible, reliable, and organized. Must have excellent writing skills Ability to work independently Three years experience in Google Ads
